Search returns a 404

    I have figured out to add the search box etc. under the table.
    <form action=”%DOWNLOAD_PAGE_URL%” method=”get”><p><input type=”hidden” name=”dl_cat” value=”%CATEGORY_ID%” /><input type=”text” name=”dl_search” value=”%FILE_SEARCH_WORD%” />   <input type=”submit” value=”Search” /></p></form>

    But each search returns a 404 page.
