When I type an SKU (yes the box is checked) into the search bar, it auto-populates with results. However, when I hit search or enter it shows “No products were found matching your selection.”

I have tried recreating a new blank page and changing it to the shop, as one person recommended, but that didn’t work. Please let me know what to do as I have confused customers.

    Thanks

  • @fordhamwt I see that your website is not showing results nicely. I searched for: “actuator” in the left hand search widget and 3 results were shown to me. Would you mind telling how did you resolved it? I am also facing the same problem that you were facing.

    Thanks in advance!

Our customers only search by part number SKU. Try this: JL3Z19H332AA

I figured it out!!! It was the plugin “WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter”. I disabled it and everything works!!
