    Hi @smarley!

This error can have many causes. Please check one by one:

    • Make sure that the server modules responsible for compression are configured correctly. Typically, the mod_deflate or mod_gzip modules are used. It’s best to ask your hosting support about this.
    • Check the .htaccess file located in your main WordPress folder. Make sure you don’t have an incorrectly <IfModule mod_deflate.> configured there.
    • Check if everything is OK in Tools -> Site Health. Possible fatal errors with header compression should be described there.
    • Check that your theme files, especially functions.php, do not have a blank character at the beginning, just before <?php.
    • Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and FiboSearch and check if the error still occurs. Also try changing the theme to another one, such as Storefront.
    • Try to install FiboSearch again, perhaps some file was uploaded incompletely during the update.

Let me know if you find something.

    Regards,
    Kris
