Search Short Sales or Bank Owned

    Is it possible to add custom search fields to the advanced search to be able to search for bank owned properties or short sales? Also wondering if there’s a way to add properties just listed and those just reduced in the past 24 hours. Even if it’s code I need to add somewhere, I’d like to know if it’s possible so I can see what needs to be done to accomplish this.

    Hello,

    It may be possible for our engineers to add additional advanced search criteria depending on the availability of the data in the IDX feed, and how it may affect all clients. In regards searching for new listings, the search form currently has a check box for “New (Within 7 Days)”. Listings reduced within 24 hours is not a supported search feature at this time, however email alerts will send updates for price changes.
