You can exclude specific listing statuses by applying an IDX link that only contains the statuses you want. If you’d like feel free to email me (mattf at flexmls dot com) the key you are using and I can help you further with this.

Where do you apply this link?

You apply it to a widget if it has an IDX Link or Saved Search option drop down list…

See this screenshot of the IDX Listing Summary widget, it has a Saved Search drop list to choose from, that is where you are able to select and apply it…
