    Sorry in advance if this is already answered or long-winded. I have wpes set up so it searches what I want it to search. My problem is when I search for, for example, “car,” I also get returns for “carpet,” “career,” “carpenter,” “escargot,” etc. How do I get it just to return “car?”

    I am a newbie. Please be patient.

    Hi,

    This is default behavior of plugin and WordPress search however, you can change this by turning on “Match the search term exactly” in WPES setting.
    Please note this may limit the search results.
