    1. When creating a custom field through the plugin back-end, you must notice an option to assign the field to the search form. So, a custom field must be search enabled to get displayed in the search widget.

    2. In the search widget’s back-end, there is an option to enable/disable the custom fields display in the search form.

    3. Custom fields are assigned to categories. So, they are displayed only when you a select a category from the categories list box.

    Kindly make sure you have did all the above.
