Search widget doesn’t search for tags

Hello,

I want to make the default wordpress search widget to search by tags.

At the moment I am testing the search option and I have 5 posts. Title+some content+2 tags each, each post have unique tags.

When I enter the tag in the search bar, it doesn’t display it in the results. It works for post name, category and content only.

How can I make it work WITHOUT using plugins? Can I do it by adding a filter to functions.php? Any examples?
