Search widget not showing at all!

I’m using Artisteer to create my template. The search block works when I’m creating the template. However, when I upload it and activate it it’s no where to be found.

The only thing I can think of is that there’s some kind of override situation caused by …..I have no clue!

I can work with code but I’m no expert and would have no clue on how to find the problem or solve it.
