Search works Wrongly " I tried many ways" but works wrong

    Search works wrong

    i chosen “age range” and “Gender” to male.

    But it shows all the male and female.

    not only that i searched many ways.
    but it searches wrongly.

    I can not understand how it works.

    Can you provide me Complete Documentation or Video tutorial regarding this

    Not only in WordPress 3.6.1 but also in 3.5
