Searchable Magazine Contents Lists

Hi,

We have a magazine that is published every two months and I want to create a complete ‘list’ (database?) of all the articles that have appeared in it: title, author, issue appeared in, etc., and to have this searchable if possible.

It’s a long shot, but does anybody know if facilities like this exist in plugin form?
