Searched Image not going to right URL

Hi,

I have been using statcounter to monitor my website traffic and recently have noticed that when one of my images pops up in Google, it often goes to a random page or post.

Some work and go to the right post. But a lot go to random posts that have nothing to do with that image. A lot of my visitors that I get from images are seeing this error. For example a Fiat Image goes to a Lamborghini page.

I have NextGen Gallery, and SEO By Yoast. Are these causing a problem? I look through the settings and I can’t find anything that is wrong. Did I do something wrong in my XML sitemap? There could be many things wrong, and I didn’t give a lot of details so If maybe you lead me in the right direction that would be great. I can give more information if needed.
