Searched posts show "Draft" posts as "Latest" posts!

  • Please fix this problem: Searched posts will show the “draft” posts as “Latest Posts” IT is embarrassing. The link goes nowhere and it shows a 404 error but it is still annoying.
    Incidentally the main page (and individual clicked posts) show the correct “latest post” only when you go into other pages and you see the latest posts showing any drafts you have been working on.
    Please fix. ??

    Correction: ONLY the main page shows the correct “Latest Posts” ALL other pages display drafts and what not. Please fix. Thanks.

    RESOLVED: If you do not add any widgets to the template, WordPress will compensate for it and it will showcase all your drafts as well! So make sure you add a widget or two (subscribe or recent posts, etc.)
