Searches not perfect — possible to view the query?

There are 2 articles by Janet Keeping. Searching for “janet” finds neither.
Searching for “keeping” only finds 1.

So search words aren’t being found.

ALSO, although I’ve checked “products” to be searchable, but they are not being found at all.

So it there a way to see what query is actually running so I can see why this isn’t working correctly?

Or do you have an idea why this might be happening?
