Searching custom content plugin

Can anyone suggest a plugin that will match with these requirements:
1. Restricting access to some of the post when user is not (member, logged in..)
2. Users with different passwords can access different posts
3. All users with same access has same username and password that they can not change
4. Users who has password can login in frontend no access to default user area in wp
5. Logged in users can only view posts that admin has allowed

There are so much plugins in wp and i even don’t know if i am searching with right words.
