Edit: I noticed I wasn’t using the Taxonomy Pod type. I wound up extending posts and pages with my fields above. My Search and Filter shortcode remains the same. ??

You marked this as resolved. It looks like from your screen shots that you were creating a relationship field to the Taxonomies which is a common misconception when connecting Taxonomies to post types. You instead want to go into the Advanced Options of either 1) the Taxonomies and select the post-types that the Taxonomy is associated with (bottom of that screen), or 2) the post types and select Taxonomies associated with the Post-Type (also bottom of the screen on the Advanced Options tab).

This will make the taxonomies show up in the right hand pane like Categories & Tags. You should remove your relationship fields to the taxonomies as that’s not the proper way to connect Taxonomies to Post Types if you want them to work with plugins like Search & Filter or FacetWP.
