Searching for a quiz plugin

  • Hello everyone,
    I am looking for a wordpress plugin that meets my requirements.
    I’ve been searching for several days but haven’t really found anything yet.
    It doesn’t mather if it is a free or payed plugin. I am searching for a quiz/poll plugin.
    I want to put a multiple-choice question on my website every day, like a daily question.
    Every day a new question about a sport topic.
    I was thinking using the messages/blog system for planning all the questions one week in advance.
    So I don’t have to do it all manually and the blog messages just publish automatically.
    I will add the shortcode of the quiz I created in the blog message.
    After the user answers the question, it should come up whether his/her answer was wrong and also show the correct answer, this is required. It would be nice if a scoreboard could also be kept with the correct number of answers per user of the past few weeks, months, this is not required.

    There are numerous quiz plugins, I’m unsure if any would provide a daily question sort of functionality. But anything a chosen plugin does not do for you could likely be custom coded. For example, a custom shortcode could query for the latest published “quiz” post type. You’d create these quizzes ahead of time and schedule them to be published on specific days. You could then maybe utilize a quiz plugin to check answers and display the correct answers when answered incorrectly.

    Even the checking of answers and displaying the correct answer could be custom coded if need be. Answers could be saved as “quiz” post type meta data. Unless you don’t care about cheating, the answer check should be done server side. Letting JavaScript check answers client side means someone could examine a page’s underlying code and see what the correct answer is.
