Searching for plugin

Hi Everyone,

I am working on a project for a business and am in search of software or a cms or really anything that can accomplish a particular need.

The site I am working on is for a company that is a job bank. Essentially people looking to employ someone from this pool of workers puts in their info, like what type of job, pay, how long, etc. It is then put into a database and we can see the sorts of jobs people are looking for.

Is there a plugin like this for wordpress? or some other tool? or anything
