Searching for theme (see screenshot)

Hey guys,

Thank you for watching my topic. I am searching for a theme that has a similar navigation as this theme:

I have searched for days for dark/pub themes but not successful. A onepager would be good too but it has to be relatively cheap/easy to install.

I know it is a long shot but is there anyone who knows any theme like that?
