Searching Meta Keys and Not Only Meta Value

When I usually search something from one of my meta values, It is able to search but when i want to search some word from the meta key, Lets say… If we have mobile specs as meta keys and in those mobile specs we have a key name mobile_bluetooth. Now what if a person wants to search for devices having bluetooth v2.0. The problem is there wont be any result because my meta value says only v2.0 and not bluetooth.
So, is there a way we can the meta keys for search also?
