Searching SKU

Ok so far so good the plugin works well and does what it says and its an easy setup.
Now to see if we can bend it a little.
If I search for “gnfb2153” an sku number it returns
https://shop.zag.nz/product/reading-glasses-blue-light-blocking-eyeglasses/
the product that is associated to the sku.
I need to link from another program not wordpress via url where the url would be
something like https://shop.zag.nz/sku/gnfb2153

Is that possible or i should say do you know of a plugin snippet of code or even something within your plugin that would help me achieve that
