Searching Specific Items Leads to WordPress "Log out"

At searchforlawyers.us, if I search for a specific term “12058” (a Zip Code taxonomy term), I get this:

***I can search for other “Zip Codes”, without issue. This specific “Zip Code” (search term) is the only one I find that does this.
