Searching the content

Is it possible to search the content coming from the shortcode of this plugin?
If yes then please mention the solution..

for example: in a page i am using the shortcode of supportticket say [sticket] and on viewing the page i can easily see the content coming from
this plugin. but the question is when i search with some text displaying via shortcode,then the output is “no result found.”
So how to search the content displaying via shortcode through support ticket?
