Seat map and variable products

  • Hello!

    Is it possible to make seat reservation work with variable products? With a normal product, after I’ve chosen the seats, clicking the button under the seat map will take me to the cart. However, with variable products (we need different prices for the same event) the cart is empty and I get an error message telling me that I need to choose the variable of the item…

    If I then go to the product page, choose the tickets I want, they will be added to the cart and the seats I chose earlier will be applied to them.

    Is there a way to make this work better? Maybe that after picking the seats, I would be directed to the product page and not to the cart, where I can then add tickets to my cart? Or some other way? Right now it would be too bothersome for customers to buy tickets.

    Unfortunately this kind of functionality is not yet supported. What we do plan to integrate in the nearest future is custom price set up for each ticket seat individually.
