SeatReg No Longer working

    Went to update / change some details ready for one of our events but sadly i’ve run into an issue.
    Not sure why, but when clicking the View Registration it only opens the main homepage page up instead of the actual Floorplan?

    So it seems to be an issue with the “Redirect 404 to Homepage“

    Is there any work around on this issue?

    Seems like a conflict with another plugin or theme. What settings did you update/change?

    Not sure what workaround could be used. If I disable the Plugin then the floor plan loads perfectly fine.

    I contacted the Creator of the conflicting Plugin.
    This is what they had to say…


    Looking at the code of the SeatReg plugin, it is hard-coded to link the floorplan shortcode to the home page url + the word “seatreg” (in the getRegistrationURL function). So it is something the plugin has created, rather than yourself.
    As such, you will need to contact the author of that plugin to ask why that page is returning a 404. Normally I would expect such a page to return a 200 code if it is used for publicly displayed information.

    Well, I already fixed the issue in my local dev environment. But should test the solution a little more. Hopefully can publish a patch version tomorrow.

    I updated the plugin to version 1.54.1. It should fix the issue.
