Second Admin Can't save or send newsletters

    Good day

    I have another user that I made an Admin on our WordPress blog. However when they try to work on the newsletter it refuses to save, send preview and also just send out completely. it gives a really long error message to him (ERROR MSG)

    However when I am logged in, I can send preview to myself and also send now that the mod_security issue has been sorted out.

    Does it only work with one user? O.o
