The second time I used Total Upkeep I get the following error:

    Backup Failed
Cannot add files to ZIP archive file: File ‘/home/bloomwoo/public_html/gamma.org.au/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/cli/.ea-php-cli.cache’ does not exist [code -4]

I did not do anything except update a plugin. Now Total Upkeep wont backup any more.

    Any ideas why?

Hi @spbloom, I’m sorry to hear about the backups not working anymore.

The Cannot add files to ZIP archive file: File does not exist error sounds straight forward, a file is missing, but I’m not sure what would be actually causing the file to no longer exist (IE what deleted it?)

Do you have file manager access, are you able to confirm the file indeed no longer exists?

Also, could you try running another backup – and if it fails, supplying us with the backup log? You can find the backup logs in Total Upkeep > Tools > Logs. I previously created a video to show users this too – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHkBe07ma_k

    Thanks!

    Hi @bwmarkle / @jessecowens ,

I’m getting the same issue in my domain. Where do I attach the log file?

Hi @daniel010101, I don’t want the original poster of this thread to keep getting emails every time we respond. Can you open a new thread here in the www.ads-software.com forums, and include the exact error message you’re getting? If you can post the whole log, that would help too. Alternatively, you can email the full log to [email protected]

    Thanks,
    – Brad
