Second box loads from position of first box, not top.

If you please look at my website https://d00zee.com/clients/vrc/demo/about and click the first team member, scroll down and then open the second team member, it doesn’t open from top. The picture doesn’t show unless you scroll up. Could you please help me fix this so every time the box loads from top?
