Second Level Menu Disappeared

I have level 2 menus set on the Juno theme. This morning the level 2 pages showed up under the appropriate level 1 menu item. For example one of my main menu options is Results and under results I have level 2 pages of: Race Results, Late Model Points, etc. There level 2 pages were showing up this morning when I hovered over the menu options now they are no longer there. How do I get them to come back?
