Second level sub-menus do not show up

Unfortunately second level sub-menus do not show up at all. I’ve tried to find a solution to this but there doesn’t seem to be one and there is no way I can get support. Another user also reported this issue. It’s a great theme but ultimately many will not be able to use because of this issue. In addition, certain text also shows up wonky in the sub-menu. So unfortunate because I put in all this work and now have to find a completely different theme for my website. ??
