Second link doesn't jump

    I’ve been using TOC plus for a while now and love it. For some reason, the second link in the table of contents doesn’t jump. It shows the correct anchor text (#name-of-header), and the header has the correct anchor, but when you click on the link, it doesn’t jump therhttps://www.capitalone.com/e.

    Would appreciate any help here. Have tried to troubleshoot quite a bit to no avail.
