Second menu is only pages

Iconic has two menus: I’ve set up the first (top) to the static pages and I want the second to index the posts. But it only references the same set of pages as the first. I’ve set up the categories of posts I want and it says that is the second menu but it still only points to pages.

My site is still at the “coming” stage though I can briefly display it if wanted.
