Second page for Blogs in Hamilton

    Hi

    I’m using Hamilton for my portfolio website, and it’s just the effect I wanted. However I’d now like to add a second page for a blog. I can add pages with static content, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to add a second page I can put posts on.

    Is there any way to do it, or do I need to change theme?

    Hi @andysmartphotography,

    No, I’m afraid there’s no built-in way in Hamilton to get what you’re looking for. You can create a category for regular blog posts, but without custom development, those would still show up in the main flow on the front page of your website. You might have to look at alternatives to get the effect you’re looking for.

    Illustratr, by Automattic, might be worth a look. It supports both portfolio items through Jetpack, and regular WordPress posts (in two different flows).
