Second points type only for selected roles

    Hi,
    Is there a way to make the first type of points available to all roles and second one only for selected roles?

    If yes, is there a way to hide second points type user panel when his role will be lowered to role for first type of points availible for all?

    This would apply to the website membership system based on users roles.
