Second Pop-Up Underneath Lighbox When Closed

Running latest version of FooGallery and FooBox, the issue I’m having is when an image is opened in FooBox from FooGallery, when the image is closed, there’s a second copy of the image (perhaps a non-lightbox one) underneath the lightbox, meaning the user effectively has to close the image popup twice. Happens with FooxBox and DFactory.
