Second set Chevrons in Quantity Field in Firefox

Hi,
Am helping out the owner of site. I just updated all the sites’ themes and plugins after being unattended since Dec, ’18. The following error appears in Firefox on PC and Mac.
After the updates, a second set of chevrons appeared within the Quantity field next the quantity of item, and to the left of the add-to-cart button.

Can also upload screen capture in the event the above link doesn’t reveal the error.
