Second subscription payment not going through

We use Subscriptions For WooCommerce Pro by WPSwings plugin to be able to have subscription productions that are based on variations.
When someone pays for a subscription, the first payment goes through, but then subsequent ones it just says payment pending. It doesn’t say any error on trying to get payment or anything in WooCommerce. This is the only note under each subsequent order from the same subscription order.
We are using the WooPayment gateway. WP Swings support went in and checked things out and they suggested to reach out to support from WooCommerce because other customers using the product using the same gateway are not having this issue.
