• I have imported all the products from my store to shopify store. But due to some reasons only 50% imported and rest were not. So I deleted all the products from shopify and tried to import it again.

    But everytime, it skips the products and not importing it again.
    Can you help me on that?

    Yes i know that your plugin skip the products that already imported but i just want to know that if i want to delete all your plugin data then why your plugin have my own api key and token values.

    How can i delete it permanently so i can import my products again.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. The products that were not successfully imported may have failed due to these reasons:
    • Products with variants have not been entered correctly: There are invalid variations in the WooCommerce product. Normally, there are 2 common reasons – The variations of the item must not include the value “Any …” (Any size, Any color,…); and the WooCommerce product has more than 100 variations (by default, Shopify limits 100 variants per product)
    • Products with attribute count more than 3: Shopify does not allow products with more than 3 options. So if your WooCommerce products have more than 3 attributes, they can’t be imported to Shopify.

    Kindly review the logs section to identify any import issues.

    2. You can override the api key and token values, they can not be remove permanently.
