So, as I understand it, all I need to do is run the installation and create another blog, it’s that simple? Or are there some do’s and don’t? Or did I miss the whole point of the article?

mathibus just told ya that u cant at the moment run multiblog from 1 single installation…
for running a second blog, u need to do a brand new installation in a seperate folder just like u installed the first blog!

Install with a different table prefix if you are using the same db.
Check the wp-config.php file for details.
