Secondary email authentication

  • Good Morning!
    I was given the option to add a secondary (backup email) which I did and was not able to get to that email in time to confirm (and has since expired). I think this was in the bluehost email account section.

    I have looked where to try adding this again and I cannot for the life of me find it; additionally when I tried to assign my bluehost email address to a USER admin profile it says “you have a pending change on xyz email address”.

    To be honest, I’m not sure if this pending change is related to trying to add this secondary email account but I’d like to undo this.

    Is it possible to find where this secondary email address is – and cancel this?

    If the only option at this point is to delete and recreate the email,please let me know.
