Secondary fields not showing

    Hello.
    I have created a 2 cascade fields, and I need the second level to be shown TOGETHER with the first one, when page is loaded. I hasn’t been able to get this so far. What can I do?

    here are 2 screenshots to help you understand my issue :
    1. Here the second level is showing (I manually selected the first level ! It was not automatically loaded with the page!)
