Secondary Lightbox not rendering on Category pages

The plugin (version 2.6) has been working great on posts, but today I tried to see effect on Category page and could not get lightbox to show. Instead, link opens like a normal link (new page load).
I used provided Demo/Text code for Secondary Lightbox (in settings) on a new post and on a category page. Post works; category page does not.
Looking through the HTML source, the javascript appears to be added at end of both pages (post & category), but only the post triggers the lightbox effect.
Anyone else experiencing the same or know a workaround?
