Yes, it is possible to display both.
1- In the Advanced Configuration tab for Link Library Settings, select Link Name to be displayed using the checkbox and set the Link Source to be the Primary Link.
2- Still in Advanced Configuration, set the Web Link to be displayed by selecting Label from the drop-down list. Then, specify the text of the Web Link by filling in the Additional Details field and select the Link Source to be additional.
