Secondary Menu Background Image Not Showing?

Hi! I was able to upload an image for the secondary menu background image but it not showing. I checked to make sure that the colors show up if I choose that option and they do:)

I have a small image that I want to repeat (it’s /// on repeat on center-repeat-bottom)

Do you know the size the image should be because I can resize it and upload it again:)
