Secondary Menu Not Working

    I’ve created a secondary menu for my WP site, have entered the code and everything to activate it in the WP-Admin panel, yet when I configure it to display all it does is list the menu items in sort of a plain table of contents style instead of horizontal menu as it should. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening and how to fix it?
