Secondary Nevigation of Admin Panel , Tab of Plugin and Widget Panel is not open

  • I am using wordpress 3.5 As we hover mouse over menu in admin panel secondary menu is not opening, Tab menu of plugin is not shown they appear in a same page instead of tabs. In the widget area widget panels are not opening by clicking on \/ (down arrow button)

    You really should update WordPress to the current Version 4.1. If you still have problems then we can help more.

    My theme is not compatible with 4.1 !!! Can you please guide what to do now !!

    Well the standard method is to switch themes to a default one and test, disable all the plugins and test. If that works you reactivate each plugin one by one and see which one breaks the site again.
