    We have been blocked although our country was allowed. Is there an option to have a secret key to unblock?

    You can white-list your IP address.

    Yes, that’s what we did, but it still happend

    We have a fixed IP (Switzerland) and it could be that 3 or more attempts where wrong, but with the IP allowed it still did not function. We only allow Switzerland and Germany for backend access.Only our using TOR Project connected to a German server we could access. Some kind of override, secret key would be usefull.
