Section block is cut off in editor at full width

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. In editor mode, add a section block
    2. Set content width to Full Width
    3. Notice the framework is too wide for the editor screen

    You just fixed this same issue for the Advanced Columns block. Same thing here.
