    Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.

To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.

Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features

Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:

    • Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded. When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static loading – but you can override this.
    • Inline Font Icons?– This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance

I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Kind regards,

@miloss84 , I have stated that I did all following steps:
    1. deactivate the theme
    2. deactivate all plugins
    3. activate the wordpress default theme.
    4. activate the plugins one by one…

the result is that the section is exist and as soon as activate elementor plugin it is disappeared from the frontend page, while in the edit mode it is exist…

I tried to disable all the new features “beat” ones…but this is not solve the issue..

please I need urgent feedback on that issue.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your patience

I’ve gone through the details you provided and was able to see and understand the issue. Unfortunately,????? this is a known bug affecting the slideshow background. Our developers are aware and already working to fix it as soon as possible.

    Workaround – Rollback to 3.25.11

I am not able to provide you with ETA of the resolution of this issue, but once the fix is released, you will receive a notification on your WordPress dashboard informing there is a new update for Elementor plugins and we will update it on our changelog page:

    https://elementor.com/pro/changelog/

    https://github.com/elementor/elementor#changelog

What I can do from my side is vote for this issue in our internal bug report system so that it receives higher priority and hopefully gets fixed in one of the next plugin updates.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work on this problem.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

@miloss84, Thank you for your detailed response and for confirming that this is a known issue. It’s reassuring to know that your team is actively working on resolving it.

I do have a suggestion for the support team: please take the time to fully review and understand each ticket before responding. I make a concerted effort to provide detailed descriptions, include screenshots, and conduct thorough troubleshooting steps such as deactivating themes and plugins before submitting an issue. This is all done to make it easier for Elementor team to investigate and resolve the problem efficiently. A personalized and relevant response would be greatly appreciated over a generic or automated reply.

That said, I genuinely appreciate the work you and your team is doing to address this issue and your ongoing support.

Wishing you all a Happy New Year!

@tremch1973, Check the above response for your info

another ridiculous reponse on the mentioned github issue…

    https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/29681#issuecomment-2563391266

    …..

It was never a free feature. Both Background Video and Slideshow are Pro features.

Yes I did read the description.

Pro features may appear in the editor as suggestions to what you can use on Pro.

You need to have Elementor Pro installed with an active subscription to use this feature.

    ….

unbelievable….he even locked me out from posting a response…

    Any fix to this issue?

    (@nemanjat)

    Hi @ghinamt

The issue with background slideshows on columns is currently in the backlog, and our developers are reviewing it. I can’t share a precise ETA for the fix, but it should be resolved in one of the upcoming releases as this is a high priority issue. You can stay up to date with the latest fixes and tweaks in the Elementor changelog on the following link: https://elementor.com/help/changelog-of-elementor/

A workaround for this problem is to add the Image Carousel widget somewhere on the page and hide it from Responsive settings. This will add the missing CSS stylesheets of the Swiper library, and images in slideshows should be visible.

    I hope this helps.
    Kind regards!
