Section Missing

  • I try to edit home page sections, there is trouble. All of the edit options seem to have disappeared. When I go to Themes > Customize, the “Manage page sections” is empty with a “NO SECTION ADDED” in grey in that area. Somehow, it looks like all the previously added sections have disappeared from the theme customizer. At first they still exist on the front-end, then I tried to add a new section which make all the others disappears and now, even if i add a new section, when i try to edit again it shows-me the same message as before.

    I already tried to delete and install the theme twice but nothing changes.

    Can you please try to de-activate all plugins except the One Page Express Companion and re-check your section list in the Customizer?

    This seems to be a plugin related issue.

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I just tried to de-activate all the plugins except the One Page Express Companion but nothing change. I even tried to reinstall WordPress completely. Not sure what’s going on but if I don’t solve this soon I’ll have to look for another theme.

    You can also try to use the revision feature in your WordPress Admin to rollback to a previous version of a desired page.
